Our Centre

Our fully equipped day care centre provides a relaxed, safe and secure environment for guests to enjoy an improved quality of life. With beautiful surroundings, our guests have access to gardens and a wide range of facilities including a "quiet room" and rooms for therapies, crafts and games. The day centre also offers assisted bathing facilities, relaxation massage and qualified staff who are on hand to provide support at all times.

Guests who attend the day centre are welcomed into the group gently and with sensitivity, promoting feelings of inclusion and confidence. As a day guest you will enjoy morning coffee, a freshly cooked two course meal (all dietary needs catered for) and afternoon tea. Refreshments and beverages are served throughout the day to suit your individual needs. A special needs vehicle with safe wheelchair access may also be available to collect and return you within the local area.

Our trained staff provide excellent friendly professional support and individual care plans are implemented to meet the requirements of each guest. Home carers time is thus freed up for their other priorities, and whilst we aim to provide relief for carers, we also offer additional support for them.

We have a great range of activities which take place throughout the day and are supervised by trained professionals. They are arranged to promote mobility, mental stimulation and interaction between individuals. The enjoyment and development of new skills are paramount to their self esteem.
